These terms cover this website, the free First Floor Playbook and its lessons, and seats in our classes. Epoxy Flooring Class is a business of XPS Xpress Des Moines, an independently owned franchise of Xtreme Polishing Systems, located at 100095 Hickman Ct, Suite 7, Clive, IA 50325. Using the site or buying a seat means you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who this is for
You must be at least 18 to sign up for the playbook or register for a class. If you register someone else, you are confirming you have their permission to give us their details.
The free playbook and lessons
The playbook, calculator, checklist and five lessons are free. In exchange, you give us your name, email and phone number, and you agree that we may send you the lesson emails and follow up about the class by email, phone or text. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time.
The playbook is for your own use in your own business. Please do not resell it, republish it, or hand it out as your own. We put real work into it.
Class seats and payment
Seats are sold per person, per date, and are limited. A seat is reserved when your payment clears through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. If you choose the deposit option, the balance is due on the first morning of class, and you cannot start the class until it is paid.
Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow our Training Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. The The Finished-Floor Guarantee is a free re-take offer as described on the course page, not a refund.
Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you paid is the price you keep for that seat. Promotional codes and student bonuses have the conditions shown where they are offered.
Safety and conduct in class
Epoxy, polyaspartic and urethane products are industrial chemicals, and grinders throw dust and sparks. In class you agree to follow the trainers’ instructions, wear the protective equipment provided, and tell us about any health condition, allergy or pregnancy that could be affected by the materials. We can remove anyone who is unsafe, under the influence, or disruptive, without a refund.
You take part at your own risk. We carry insurance and run a careful shop, but coatings work involves physical effort and chemicals, and you accept that responsibility when you register.
No promises about income
We show real numbers from our own market to help you decide, and we teach pricing honestly. None of it is a guarantee that you will earn any particular amount. Your results depend on your work, your market, your prices and things nobody controls. Treat every earnings figure on this site as an illustration, not a promise.
What you can and cannot do with the site
You may read, print and share links to anything public on this site. You may not copy the site, scrape it, use it to send spam, try to get into the admin area, or interfere with the checkout or the lessons. The name Epoxy Flooring Class, the EFC mark, the playbook and the site content belong to us or our licensors.
Third parties
We use other companies to run parts of this site: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, GoHighLevel for our customer records, and Vercel and Supabase for hosting. Their own terms apply to their services. Links to other websites, including our parent company and suppliers, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for what you find there.
Our liability
The site and the playbook are provided as they are. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to this site or a class is limited to the class fee you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost profits or travel costs.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Seats already purchased stay under the terms that applied when you bought them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. If we ever have a disagreement, we would rather solve it over the phone. If that fails, it goes to the courts in Polk County, Iowa.
