We collect as little as we need to send you the playbook, run the class, and follow up. This page says exactly what that is, in plain words. Epoxy Flooring Class is run by XPS Xpress Des Moines at 100095 Hickman Ct, Suite 7, Clive, IA 50325.
What we collect
- When you ask for the playbook: your name, email address, phone number, and the goal you picked. If you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, we also keep the campaign tags in that link so we know what brought you here.
- When you reserve a seat: your name, email, phone, the class date, and what you paid. Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. They never touch our servers and we never see the full number.
- When you read the lessons: a small cookie called
efc_leadthat tells the site which lessons are open for you. It holds only your lead ID, nothing else, and lasts about six months. - When you email or call us: whatever you tell us, so we can help.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will say so.
Why we use it
- To send you the five lesson emails and the playbook, which you asked for.
- To confirm class seats, send reminders, and answer questions about your date.
- To follow up by email, phone or text about the class and the free floor plan call. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep records of who paid for what, which the law requires us to keep.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring students, so we can spend our marketing money sensibly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of this business for us, and only what they need:
- Stripe processes payments and holds your card details under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- GoHighLevel is our customer records and messaging system, where your contact details and class history live.
- Vercel and Supabase host the site and its database.
We may also share your information if the law requires it, or to protect the business from fraud or abuse.
Emails, calls and texts
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click and stops the lesson emails immediately. Class confirmations and receipts still go out because they are part of your purchase. To stop calls or texts, reply STOP to a text, or call us and ask.
How long we keep it
Lead details stay in our system until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records stay for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. Unsubscribing keeps your address on a do-not-email list so we do not accidentally add you back.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call +1 (515) 800-9229 or email training@xpsxpressdesmoines.com. We will answer within 30 days. We cannot delete purchase records we are legally required to keep, but we will remove you from everything else.
Security
The site runs over encrypted connections, the database is access-controlled, and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest card-industry standard. No system is perfect, and if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you.
Children
The site and the classes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top. For anything significant, we email people who are affected.
